He is currently a business consultant to the mining and oil and gas industries. He specializes in construction management, health & safety, and environmental management.

Luis is a Mining Engineer with 35+ years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Tondo has served as President, Executive Director, Independent Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, VP Operations and Project Director and Advisor for numerous listed companies with mining ventures in South America, including senior roles with Kinross and Rio Tinto. He has been directly involved with the construction and operation of several multi-million-dollar mining projects in Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay. Mr. Tondo is well connected in Latin America and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr. Yaseniuk is a management professional with 20+ years of experience in financing, restructuring, and recapitalizing public companies. He has been directly involved with over a dozen IPOs, facilitated debt restructuring for three public companies, directly raised more than $25 million, and been involved in raising more than $300 million. Jeremy has held positions as a Broker, CFO, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director in several public companies providing him a solid understanding of business and the capital markets while creating an extensive professional network.
