Alastair has 30+ years of executive and senior management experience in the metals and mining sector including roles with leading resource banks in Toronto, New York, Sydney, and Hong Kong where he was responsible for structuring and executing hundreds of multi-million-dollar deals in multiple currencies, metals, and products for metal producers and consumers globally; in addition, holding roles in private equity and advisory focusing on the capital markets. Alastair began his career in Atlantic Canada as an exploration and underground mine geologist and currently holds MAusIMM CP (Man) and P. Geo (Limited) professional accreditations.

Mark has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, initially working in public practice for 10 years, before moving to the private sector as a partner in a property development company. Then moving into a controller capacity for a geological consulting exploration company, as well as a controller for a truck outfitter business.

Jose has 15 years of experience in finance and accounting with a proven track record across diverse industries such as mining, construction, financial services, and auditing. A certified SAP FI consultant with a degree in Public Accounting specializing in Project Management and former military officer.

PhD exploration geologist with over 20 years of international experience in the mining industry that ranges from greenfield exploration to underground mining. Mr. Zamora has accumulated both, theoretical and practical experience across a variety of ore deposits including epithermal, skarn, and VMS in Mexico; Greenstone Belts in Canada, and IOCG and porphyry-type in Chile and Peru.
